and just a few days later we will be little marrieds
sorry i've been m.i.a. but so so much to do.
but, i thought i'd share some projects with you that i've been working on
this was my grandparents red picnic basket...now it will hold cards from our guests ;-)
signage to guide our guests around the reception area.
hope the beginning of your week is wonderful!!!!
ps...any last few weeks advice from you married ladies???!?!?
i could certainly use it.
get lots of rest in the next 2 weeks! I LOVE your card box!
ReplyDeleteNo advice, but I share your panic, we must be getting married the same weekend. Two weeks! No, wait, I do have advice. Someone said to me: Do you have someone to marry you? Do you have the person you're marrying? OK, done. (A little something to eat after? Something to wear? Man, you're ahead of the game.)
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love that card box.
ReplyDeleteHm, advice. Honestly, just try to get as much done ahead of time as you can. Don't freak yourself out trying to complete everything because some things can't be done until the day of or day before, but do your best. Ask for lots of help and remember to delegate. And most importantly, take some time on your wedding day to relax. Our ceremony was at 3 and the standing rule was that everyone stopped working by 12. Things got left behind and details were missed, but the couple hours of relaxation was worth it.
Can you webcast your wedding? I'm dying to see it!
ReplyDeleteAdvice - don't sweat the small stuff. Once the day comes let your wedding coordinator or someone else handle everything. Just enjoy the day and make sure to take a step back and take it all in. Oh and make sure someone is capturing video of the ceremony!
i heart your picnic basket like no other. and the sign.....oh how i wanted wooden hand-painted signs at my wedding!
ReplyDeletei second, genevieve. sleep! :)
ReplyDeletewe are so close!!!!
