a georgia bride contacted me looking for some unique venues that were in her budget
i set out to find a few and came across one i absolutely love
i seriously can't get enough of bride's asking for venues in specific locations- its so helpful and i get to help them (hopefully) along the way. so thank you!
anyway, here is a georgia venue for you to swoon over:

The Cotton Barn

the cotton barn is a breath of fresh air amongst a lot of the southern houses that are used for so many of the weddings in georgia. don't get me wrong, those houses are exquisite. but there's just something about this place that caught my eye. its property is covered in acres of pecan trees. it has indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding/event and a restored barn. love it.

his photos are remarkably artistic and capture some of the absolute best moments.
this wedding featured on SMP recently, is such a gorgeous, outdoor washington affair.
they basically had their wedding in the woods and i am totally jealous!

yesterday the mister and i went to the antique mall in a town nearby.

i was overwhelmed with the surplus of mason jars, tea/coffee tins, and depression glass.
not to mention the furniture! i wanted everything.

i was searching for some lovely things for upcoming projects when i stumbled upon this beauty:

it's a garter....from 1923. its silk and amazing and i can't wait to use it!
but after that i'll be selling it in my etsy shop so keep a look out!!!

all 3 of these dresses absolutely killed it and made my monday for sure. 

 i think halle berry's would make the most phenomenal wedding dress. right???

it is marchesa after all. to-die-for.

i had seen a wedding at Harley Farms here and was just absolutely smitten with it! not to mention my friend Brent VanAuken photographed it. this venue is incredibly charming and totally unique. i mean, who knew you could get married on a goat farm? still waiting to hear back on pricing from them, but they do include catering- a farm-fresh feast. i'll update this later on when i hear back from them!

i came across this venue after a certain lady reached out to me and asked me to find her some barn venues in north carolina. let me just say, there are so many awesome barn venues in north carolina. i wish there were that many barns in southern california, maybe i would have changed my whole game plan.

 you can have your ceremony and reception in their amazing loft or elsewhere on their gorgeous property. price includes tables, chairs, staffing to help with the event, set-up/breakdown and clean up.

location: Bermuda Run, NC
price range: $1,000-$4,000 depending on which location you choose
**this price rents whichever location for the full day. 8am-midnight!
capacity: doesn't specify, but the loft is 7,000 square feet
